Post construction

From jobsite to finished home.

The renovation is done, the contractors are gone, and now every surface has a fine gray film on it. This is the clean that makes a job site feel like home again.

Post construction cleaning with ShowMeClean NWA starts at $397 per project and typically requires one full working day for a standard remodel. New builds usually need a two pass approach: rough clean at drywall dust, final clean at move in. Construction dust, packaging, grout haze, and glass are all handled. The final walk through is done with the homeowner or GC.

What is included in post construction cleaning?

Fine construction dust removal from every surface, ceiling fans included. Debris, packaging material, labels and stickers all handled. Cabinet interiors and exteriors wiped. Grout haze where feasible. Appliance exteriors polished. Final floor clean. A walk through at the end confirms nothing is missed before hand off.

Small commercial yes. Larger commercial projects we evaluate honestly based on scope, staffing, and timeline. If we cannot fully staff the work, we recommend a larger firm that can and hand off cleanly.
