What information do you collect?

ShowMeClean NWA collects your name, phone, email, and service address when you request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us. Billing data is processed by our payment provider and not stored on our servers. Standard server logs are kept for security and uptime.

What about cookies and tracking?

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-FKDJHZ5D8Q) to understand aggregated traffic patterns: page views, session duration, entry and exit pages, and approximate geography. We do not run third party advertising pixels, and we do not use tracking to target individual visitors.

GA4 runs in Consent Mode v2 and is denied by default until you accept analytics on the cookie banner. If you prefer to stay in denied mode, any standard Do Not Track setting, privacy extension, or Google Analytics opt out add on prevents collection.

What are my rights?

You can request a copy of what we have on file, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete your records. Email janie@showmecleannwa.com and we handle it within a reasonable time.

How long do you keep data?

Inquiry data is kept up to two years. Active client records are kept as long as you are a client, plus seven years for tax purposes. You can ask for early deletion at any time.
